CERTIFICATE IV IN OH&S
Koolat Safety now delivers the qualification that all WHSOs may need in the future. Koolat Safety only delivers Units of Competency from National Training Packages, and as the WHSO ticket is only recognised in Qld, it is highly expected that this will be the equivalent qualification to replace it nationally. If you have experience as a WHSO and can supply the necessary evidence, we can do an RPL (Recognition of Prior Learning) assessment for you. We are the construction industry Cert IV OHS experts, so call us for more details of this qualification. |

IS YOUR COMPANY COMPLIANT
Koolat Safety continually comes across situations where formal training has not taken place before the theory and practical assessments. We also come across situations of inappropriate assessments where your company's staff are required to sign false references that your company has conducted formal training for High Risk Work licences. Senior Management should enquire as to what formal training is being signed off for under their company's name. The Company Training Manager should be aware of all formal training that is being conducted legitimately and signed of as being conducted by their own company.

Trainers and assessors with accreditation from state regulatory bodies are required by Koolat Safety to train and assess in the occupations of dogging, rigging, scaffolding, all cranes, forklifts, hoists, earthmoving, elevating work platforms, and general safety inductions. The ability to be able to conduct other courses such as Work Safely at Heights, Confined Spaces, or any competencies from National Training Packages would be viewed favourably.
Applicants need a minimum of a TAA40104 Certificate IV in Training and Assessment and the licence to perform high risk work in the competency they wish to train and assess in.
